I had the most wonderful time with everyone who stayed with us and joined us. Being able to feel safe and comfortable as an adult and the kids made the vacation worth it. Convenient to surf, walk, exercise, socialize, throw tortillas in the ocean, drive to nearby great eateries, I absolutely loved being there. The energy at Los Gaviotas is magnificent! Yes nothing can go wrong when all of our attitude to just to relax and have fun. I can't wait to go again, this time I will over stay my welcome :)

We have stayed at Casa de Nola and Seascape a dozen times. My husband and I chose to get married in Las Gaviotas after staying at Seascape. For our wedding, we rented about 25 houses for our friends and family and nothing compares to these two places. Both houses offer the most beautiful ocean views, just a moment's walk to the beach. Both houses provide the feeling that you are walking into someone's home - the attention to detail unlike most other rentals. My husband stays each year at Casa de Nola with his buddies. It is his favorite place to be. Whether you need a quiet getaway, or a time to let loose, I highly recommend both of these houses.

Went down here with a few friends and had a great time. Casa De Nola is my favorite. It's kept very clean and the owners are AWESOME. The weather was perfect! We scored waves out front and just down the street as well.... Many spots to check out in the area.

Went on a surf trip with several of my buddies last summer. We scored great waves. The place was great. We cooked every night, watched movies, listened to music, and had an amazing vacation. We will be back very soon!

We have stayed at both Casa de Nola and Sea Scape. Both are amazing. Great views, gorgeous casitas with all the amenities. Steps from the surf, what more can you ask for? Our family loves Gaviotas and especially staying here. Can't say enough good things. We look forward to our next visit.
